Welcome to Tatabet. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Tatabet governing your use of the platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Tatabet's terms and conditions apply equally to all users. By registering on Tatabet, you confirm that:

While Tatabet's terms and conditions are written in Bengali, the English version shall prevail in the event of any dispute.

To register an account with Tatabet, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Each individual is permitted one account only. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being temporarily or permanently suspended.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

Tatabet conducts KYC verification to ensure platform security. Before making a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of Mobile Banking Number Ownership
• A recent selfie (if required)

Withdrawals may be placed on hold in some cases until KYC verification is complete. This process is typically completed within 24–72 hours.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to network issues, please contact support.
• No additional charges on deposits.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

Bonus Withdrawal Terms

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant Promotions Page.

Tatabet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following terms & conditions apply to the use of these bonuses:

Welcome Bonus

• New members can receive up to a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• Maximum bonus amount: ৳10,000.
• A minimum 10x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is received.

Reload Bonus & Cashback

• Reload bonuses are offered to selected members on a weekly basis.
• Daily cashback of up to 10%, applied to net losses only.
• Cashback is automatically credited to your account every day at midnight.

General Bonus Policy

• A member may not use the bonus from a specific promotion more than once.
• Tatabet reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Bets placed with bonus balance cannot be withdrawn as real funds until the wagering requirements have been completed.

The following rules must be observed while betting on Tatabet. Violations of these terms and conditions may result in account suspension or termination.

Bet Types & Limits

• Minimum single bet: ৳50
• Maximum single bet: ৳50,000 (may vary by event and market)
• Maximum winnings per event: ৳5,00,000
• Parlay bets may include a maximum of 12 legs.

Bet Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded.
• Live bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Pre-match bets can be cancelled before the event begins.
• Tatabet reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.

Prohibited Activities

• Match fixing and any form of illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
• Abusing bonuses through the use of multiple accounts is not permitted.
• Arbitrage betting and betting solely for the purpose of bonus washing are strictly prohibited.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets is strictly prohibited.

Tatabet firmly believes in responsible gaming. A core part of our terms and conditions is ensuring that gaming remains a form of entertainment — not something that leads to addiction.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Timer: An automatic logout feature is available after a set period of inactivity.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure is also available.
• Reality Check: Your gaming statistics will be displayed at regular intervals.
